Karianne Fiorini is an independent archivist, curator, and archival consultant, specializing in home movies. Since 2003, she has led various projects related to this field and is co-founder and president of Re-frame Home Movies. Since 2016, she has been leading the Re-framing Home Movies project, which aims to reuse home movie collections in new artistic works. She is also the curator of the Super8 film section at the Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema di Pesaro. Fiorini has participated in various international projects, such as Home Movie Day and Night and the International Media Mixer. She has published numerous articles on home and amateur cinema. Gianmarco Torri is a film curator focused on documentary and experimental cinema, as well as home and amateur films. He is the co-founder and Secretary General of the Re-framing Home Movies Association and, since 2015, has been a member of the Scientific Committee of the Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema di Pesaro. Torri has curated programs and workshops at festivals and has published articles on Italian independent cinema. He is also Secretary General of INEDITS/Amateur Films – Memory of Europe. Both are founders of the first Italian Home Movie Archive in Bologna.
